Pulsepoint Pty Ltd trading as Wevia is a reporting entity regulated by AUSTRAC under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth). Use of the Services is subject to compliance with AML/CTF obligations, including customer due diligence, transaction monitoring, and reporting requirements.

5. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or suspected security breach. We are not responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to protect your credentials.

6. Fees, Pricing, and Exchange Rates

Fees, charges, and exchange rates applicable to the Services will be disclosed prior to confirming a transaction. Exchange rates may fluctuate and may include a margin. Once a transaction is confirmed, rates are fixed for that transaction unless otherwise stated.
